Not recent I was interviewed 3 years ago don't remember many details. The talent manager was easy to talk to and asked work history and character questions. I was then referred to the nurse manager and received a second interview that day.

super easy, good flow, not so tough questions. They were very supportive during the interview process. Just type up and reherse your lines of why choosing the field/department/specialty and your good traits.
The nurse manager who interviewed me was friendly and made the process less stressful. I was worried about the process, but it was not bad. She asked questions about my background and experience and explained the job to me.
