Sat down with the brokers and chatted with them about the job, what their goals for the brokerage were, and what I was looking for. Told me a bit about the Boston market, their market focuses, commission structure, and so on. They asked a bit about my background, experience in related industries, expectations for the position, and so on, and showed me their technology and the office. Overall it was a good interview experience.
