I had a first- and second-level interview for a study abroad position at Asbury University. I felt both rounds went exceptionally well (the 2nd round was via Zoom with 4 interviewers plus the lead staff). I emailed a thank you to every person who interviewed me since I obtained their email addresses with the Zoom invite. I was promised I would hear within the week from the director, but then silence. I waited a couple weeks, then emailed another follow up inquiry...no response again. I sent one final email, but never heard anything back from them. That was two years ago. A polite explanation on why I did not make the cut would have been welcomed and appreciated. I will not be applying to this university again in the future.
