Pretty straight forward. Met with the Manager, she asked typical interview questions from an "interview packet," we then toured the facility. There was then a second interview with an HR member. You then do a "working(not paid)" interview for 2 hours with the residents. The working interview was mentioned but I didn't know I was going into my working interview on that day- would have worn better shoes.
