Interview process went very smoothly: a call with the recruiter, an interview with the team manager followed by 3 back-to-back interviews lasting 2 hours in total. Unfortunately I was ghosted after the last round and despite following up with the recruiter 3 times, I received no feedback / response. Very disappointing as it seemed like a nice company to work for and the interviews went well.

Entretien
Several, relatively short meetings with sales leaders and other internal managers over Zoom. Relatively quick process and good communication and follow up.
Disappointingly very shallow - or zero - post interview feedback.

Despite being provided with detailed areas of discussion, only one manager stuck to the script given to them by Talent. Otherwise was pretty free-wheeling Q&A sessions.

5 rounds. Not great follow up. Seems like people say one thing a mean another. Not great alignment with recruiters and others. Wish people would just drop the fake courtesy and speak plainly.
