      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Asana

      I applied online, and the recruiter reached out the following week to schedule a phone screen. However, it took three tries to finally have my first interview with her, and she emailed me to reschedule less than 10 minutes before our conversation. I had a good conversation with her and was moved on to speak with the hiring manager next. He was very nice and was passionate about growing his team. After our conversation, I was confident the role was the right fit and wanted to move on to the onsite interview to meet the team. However, when I followed up with the recruiter to ask her for the manager's contact so I can write him a thank you note, I received no response. When I followed up with her again on the status of my candidacy...no response. Then, I received one of those automated messages saying they went with other more qualified candidates. Wow. I mean, at least respond to the candidate's email to let them know? It takes 2 minutes. From my research and reviews on Glassdoor, Asana seems like a great company to work for, but they need some work on their recruiting process if they want to continue to be named the best workplaces.
