I appreciate that you sensed the passion for our mission when you interviewed with a few members of our team, and I want to thank you for sharing your feedback about the overall experience. We strongly believe that the interview is a time for quality discussion and evaluation on both sides, and engagement is critical for that — we value your time, and we want to show it. I'm sorry that this did not come out in the interviews that you had. While we've made some big strides in how we evaluate candidates, ensuring a fair and unbiased process, we have work to do on the candidate experience side.
