      Entretien

The interview process was fairly standard - RC reaching out and then a recruiter call. They brought me onsite very quickly and efficiently which I really appreciated. There were 3 interviews from 3 different people on the Recruiting team followed by a peer lunch with some other members of the team. The onsite ended with a Recruiter follow-up at the end. The onsite interview was hard and I felt interrogated and fairly intimidated by the interviewers and I could tell that they were looking for a VERY specific type of person for this role. Overall, the process was very efficient and any last minute changes were handled very well. The original recruiter in charge of this req was very friendly and kept me in the loop throughout the process. The only qualms I had were: 1) I was under the impression that I would be applying for the full-time RC role but ended up being transferred to the contract role (which was never listed on the jobs page). I ended up agreeing to go through this process as this was the only position available. (They had sent an offer out to someone else for the full-time role) 2) The recruiter who followed up with me at the end didn't do a very good job of doing so. She had mistakenly mentioned several offer details that were not part of the contract role and didn't follow up with me regarding my trip reimbursement. 3) I would have appreciated a little more feedback on my interview because I only got a typical cop-out answer as to why I didn't get the position.
