had a group discussion followed up by a personal interview with HR. Then had to give a presentation to the director of sales followed with a video resume.The HR's asked me to talk about myself and the sales director first asked me to sell him him a projector which was in the room. later i had to give my presentation. Once it was completed we had to make our video resumes and submit it at the office

Entretien
First round was skype interview held in our college campus. Selected candidates were called for the interview process to the bangalore office where we had 2-3 rounds of HR interview followed by a presentation round,which was the main round. In the presentation round we were asked to sell things like cell phones,camera,projector etc.

The hiring and interview process was long. It took close to 2 months before I received confirmation. It was a good experience and I had to really work hard to get through.
