The interview itself was informal. Having signed up for the job internally, I was dismayed to see the resume of a person not currently, or even previously, employed with the company in the runnings for what should be an internal hire. After 5 minutes on Facebook, I found out why. The resume belonged to the fiance of the interviewer’s daughter. Literal nepotism.
