They contacted me and I responded then I never heard from them again. I received email “ Thank you for applying to our position. I have reviewed your qualifications and would like to schedule a 20-30 minute phone call to discuss your background and our role.

They wanted to schedule a meeting and then stopped replying. I replied the same day to the email I received. The interviewing outreach systems in place do not make for a good culture and waste people time and hope.
