Got contacted by a recruiter and asked me to apply in their portal. I applied immediately but HR got back to me only after 2 months. Initial interview and hiring manager went smoothly as they asked the usual questions e.g. salary expectation, strengths and weaknesses. No feedback was given after the interview. I sent an email after 2 weeks asking for the results but no reply was given. I sent an email again after a month but was totally ignored. I felt exploited, thinking that I was only interviewed to get some information on the salaries, benefits, and job description of the competitors as they are building a shared service center in Manila.
