ARUP led a very clear and comprehensive interview process from start to finish. I applied and was contacted within a month for an interview. ARUP flew me to LA for the meeting and asked me to assemble a short presentation about my experience working in sustainability-related fields. I met with three people from the firm and the interview was about 90 minutes long.

Experience with energy-related policies and projects for municipalities
Had an interview with HR and then an automated email that they are not moving forward with my application. Tried to message on multiple occasions to HR to find out the reason why but was ghosted.
The interview process was great overall. The interviewers were friendly and accommodating, and the expectations of the role were explained clearly. The technical discussions were insightful and gave me a good understanding of what the team does and the type of work involved.

The interview process was reasonably simple starated with Online tests, and then an Online questions that you record answers to for 2 minutes and explain why you would be a good fit, previous times you have shown x skill etc
