After multiple interviews for a position in the Americas region power group, they said they wanted to offer me a position. The details of the offer (pay, benefits, start date, etc) were discussed, and they said they were going to email me a written offer. Then, weeks passed by and they did not send the written offer. HR told me that one of the people who needed to sign was on vacation. After weeks, I was informed that they changed their mind because they had internal candidates!
I have never seen or heard of such unprofessional conduct in my entire career.

HR interview of generic questions on the company, my current status, experience and followed by interview with the hiring manager in their office. They got my information through a recruited. After interview, they send the feedback to the recruiter. They leave the recruiter to discuss salary. Considerably low salary compared to competitors, and gives off a feeling that the candidates owe Arup for an opportunity at their firm.
