After submitting my application and completing the online assessment, I was asked to do an interview with the specific team I applied for. This was an in-person interview which wasn't too formal.
First they do an assessment to test your logical and verbal abilities. These assessments have unlimited time to solve them but you will be evaluate on how quick and precise you are while solving them. Also, they will do a personality test, to see you are compatible with their work culture.

Entretien
I applied online and got an email link to do an online Sova Assessment after 2 days. Got a call from ARUP about one month later to confirm my interview date. The interview was one-on-one in the office. The interviewer was asking questions according to the list, which is apparently provided by HR.
