Two sets of interviews 1st a discussion with two members of your potential team 2nd a case study pertinent to your field where you present to two different members of your potential team

Question 1
How do handle engagement with subject matter experts in their respective fields that assume they know more than you idol about yours?
Initial telephone call and then online 1 hour interview. Fair questions linked to Arups vales and behaviours, technical case study presented for 20 mins plus fairly basic questions to test understanding, client based. Never got a response on how the interview had gone, disappointing.

Entretien
Multiple stages, meeting team leader, line manager, directors. Mixed questions on both experience and capabilities. This was supplemented with calls from the internal recruitment team in between stages, which was useful.

Made sense, respectful, personal, pleasant and useful to get to know each other both ways. Also quite focused in culture fit with company. 3 interview and written piece (preparation of a strategy). Longer than expected to get the feedback/offer
