Technical test about position you are applying (engineering questions) and face to face interview process. Once you pass these, you get final offer package. Lots of behavioural and situational questions during interview process.

What would you like to accomplish in the next 5 years?
It was a pretty straightforward two-way interview with one director and one senior engineer. The whole process is 1 hour. Last 10 minutes for Q&A. Interviewers are both friendly and chill.
Interview process was very streamlined, self recorded behavioral questions, chat with senior team members to learn more about ARUP, overall process took 2 months and took place remotely through virtual calls.
The interview felt chill and casual, with a relaxed atmosphere, friendly conversation, and open discussion, making it comfortable to share experiences, ask questions, and connect naturally without pressure or formality.
