First there are 1 hour personality test,10 mins English test and an one hour panel interview with two interviewers (1 from my discipline and the other assigned randomly). The panel interview include self introduction and some technical questions based on the final year project

Applied for the position online on the compant website. Took a few weeks before getting shortlisted for the interview. Face to face, 1 to 1 , very friendly and accommodating. No technical question asked. Received call a few weeks later for acceptance of job offer

The interview was held by two members of one of Arup's teams that I was applying for. The interview started by them talking more about the company, which then followed by a set of behavioural and technical interview questions.
