Applied online in October 2018. Interviewed at the Cardiff office in 2019. Not very technical. Interview focussed on Arup values. A few questions on the technical assessment answers which they barely looked at and when these questions were not quite rightly answered they did not bother to correct me! That is never a good sign especially if you are coming in as a graduate. I was also told by their recruiter on the phone that the 2 managers who interviewed me advised her to "manage my expectations". I am employed at another big firm today. So no problem there. And their own recruiter said the Cardiff office is too hard to please! Big surprise.

Online video interview. Asked to record 1:30 minute responses to 3 questions. Given time to plan answers and re-record if necessary. Questions were very general about why the job offer appeals to you
Applied online in October and then got invited to a virtual assessment centre that happened in December. The online application was pretty straightforward. The virtual assessment centre was a whole day type of thing, it consisted of a technical interview with two panelists, a competency based interview, and then a case study.
