J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Arup (Londres, Angleterre) en déc. 2019
Entretien
Pretty formal application process, fill in application form, do the test, attend the assessment centre. Everything done by the HR so even after the assessment day I had no clue who my managers or colleagues would be. There were approx. 12 of us during the assessment centre. We had a group challenge, test, and interviews supplemented with arup presentations, grads to ask questions and an office tour. The interview was quite hard, there was no questions about motivations or yourself, mostly technical questions you had to solve with the interviewers. I don't know if it's just me but I didn't like the vibe there. I felt like I was just a number. Some people seemed non-genuine. Week after I got an offer. I declined it since I did not feel like it. They offer lots of benefits but only an average base salary, so living in London by yourself would be hard.

Question 1
Moment diagrams, derive a formula from Young's Modulus for change in lenght, question about the construction sequence
1 hour long interview, and asking a lot of behavioural questions. Ask you what you learned through experiences. They also give insight into how the job environments will be and how the role is like.
Online application including CV. Online platform testing and company questions. Followed by an online Assessment Centre, which lasted a full day and included interview and activities. Offer (via Phone call) followed a day later.
This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had with any company ever, no fault with the company but their hr team needs to get fired immediately.
They completely wronged me last year for my internship applications and now they did the same for the graduate.
Asked for feedback (which they offered in an email) about 5 times and was repeatedly ignored.
