Entretien
Face to face with my future supervisor and another director. Was more like a informal chat about the industry rather than a proper interview. I was asked about my role in the client interfacing meetings. They were also concerned about long term development of staff.
The process is relatively standard - the assessment centre is the last stage and is quite straightforward. At the session, there will be (1) a role-specific case study that you will present at the first 15 minutes of the (2) interview, which goes on for a total of ~45 minutes. Then you will do an (3) Arup-wide case study.
