Entretien
Several months between submitting application, doing automated video interview and real interview. Not long after the video interview I was offered a job. Arup was very flexible with scheduling interviews although the selection process took longer than desired.

Question 1
They asked to expplain why I am studying engineering and where I see myself in 5 years.
It was really smooth and they were really personable. They also were really on top of the hiring process, I only waited a week or two to hear back in between stages starting from the first video recorded interview.
Two interviews with people on the team. not super hard. all behavior and no technical questions. Not a lot of time between interviews which was nice - didn't have to wait for that long.
completed virtual interview asked me to tell them about myself/experience, why I want to work at Arup, my graduation date, if I am eligible to work, if I will be available for the posted date.
