After submitting my resume, I waited several weeks to hear back. Eventually, I was contacted and invited to an interview. The process was fairly standard, beginning with an initial meeting with the hiring manager and the sales manager. The interview went well, and I was asked to return for a second round two weeks later. This follow-up interview also seemed to go positively. Additionally, as part of the process, I had the opportunity to shadow one of their sales representatives in the field. This experience allowed me to gain valuable insight into the role and the company’s operations, further reinforcing my interest in the position.
