They reached out to me. We had a phone call, the recruiter knew nothing about the company, they just read the job description to me. Couldn't answer any in depth questions about the client or anything non superficial about the role. Then they asked for a resume (even though they reached out to me), once sent, they never responded, had to follow up twice and was given some silly answer that was clearly not the reason for moving forward. Can deal with not moving forward in a process, but not being ignored and lied to , especially since they were recruiting for recruiters! Wouldn't use them as a vendor based on my experience. Wouldn't want this person representing my company to the street.
