You are required to come in a instruct a painting for the owners of ArteVino. I was referred by a friend and was put in communication with the owners of the studio via email. We chatted via email and then scheduled a time for me to come in and instruct one of the owners in a painting offered at the studio. After that, I was required to shadow another instructor 2-3 times before I was then shadowed as I instructed some classes myself.
