Step 1: Short and sweet. They check the veracity of your resume, and asked a couple techinical questions.
Step 2: Conversations with upper management, more of a classic interview where one needs to demonstrate fit and overall interpersonal skills

Very detailed questions about how to solve a specific technical problem that you stated you could solve on your resume. They really do focus on the content of your resume, and will actively try to identify exaggerations or outright lies.

It was a phone interview followed by one on one interview with the manager.
The manager was laid back, didnt grill much on technical questions.The HR was helpful and prompt in replying to my questions.
