A company recruiter contacted me and did a short phone interview. Then had an interview in the office with Supervisor and her boss. I received a job offer later that day.

Had a first initial call with HR, which lasted 20 mins. I went for a second interview with the hiring manager after a couple of weeks, this lasted about 40 mins. Did not receive a job offer

Very simple and standard interview process. Submitted application online, received a call from recruiter within a couple says, set up one in person interview and received an offer a couple weeks later
