The interview process for me was smooth due to my recruiter, Avery. The process started with Drew Roedder reaching out to me on LinkedIn; we had an intro call from there, leading to him getting me connected with Avery Wernecke. I then had another intro-type call with Avery, which led me to the final onsite interviews. When I got to the office, I shaddowed Sam, which went great as I thought all the systems and software were easy to use and organized. I then had back-to-back interviews with Pat and Dan. Overall, the process was laid back but also asking some intense questions made you feel like you earned it.
J'ai passé un entretien chez Arrive Logistics (Chicago, IL)
Entretien
Very responsive and easy to coordinate. The interview itself was straightforward and exactly how described. 2 parts, 30 minutes each. One with a manager and one with a director. Heard back a few days later as they had told me. Very easy to coordinate with the team on the offer post interview
