Relaxed, you shadow a few employees, take a test, then have a face to face interview. The interview doubles as an office tour as well. I was at their office for somewhere between 1 and 2 hours.

In addition to a regular interview process, they did an assessment on the computer that was fairly straight forward. Overall, they were friendly and communicative during the interview process and laid out everything clearly.

They asked about previous experience within the logistics field, as well as what I would like to be doing in the role.
Easy, understanding, and honest recruiters. Asked about college and your skill set for the role as well getting to know you. Be confident and explain what you did in previous roles and bring resume if you’re going in person for it that’s what I did, you get to shadow someone on floor
