Entretien
It was very straight forward and Sony gave me great information about the position and next steps. She was very transparent about what the role entailed and what tools I would need to know to for the rest of the process.

If I was familiar with the company, If I felt confident about my ability to work in the role
I received an email from Array more than a month after applying. Before ever speaking with a real person, I was asked to complete ~10 open-ended questions. This feels like a lazy screening process, if you’re interested in a candidate, you can invest 15 minutes in a conversation.
After submitting the responses, I was rejected with no feedback and zero human interaction. Overall, it was a time investment with no return and no respect for the candidate’s time. I would not recommend applying here based on this experience.
