It started with an initial conversation with the recruiter, followed by a panel interview with potential team members, and finally a session with the CEO himself (It was an honor). What really stood out to me was how conversational and respectful the process felt—they genuinely wanted to understand how I work, and how I approach challenges, not just tick boxes on a résumé.
