The interview process was very relaxed and conversational. The supervisors were great to talk to and and answered any questions I had. They were very knowledgeable about the company and had great things to say about it and the position.

Easy going. Back and forth question and answer session with two individuals in both technical and customer service. Discussed life outside of work as well. Very personable session. Technical questions and customer service based questions.

It was very welcoming and not intimidating. I enjoyed that everyone had tenure with the company. Shows that the company values its employees and knows how to keep them happy. Staff was very nice and informative. Looking forward to growing with the company or within.

What made you apply and what can I bring as an asset.
The interview process first involves a phone screening. After this, you should be sent a link to complete an online assessment that simulates various support scenarios to measure the quality of your response and typing skills. After this an in-person, panel style interview is held to chat about the role and ask questions of each other.
