Co-founder reached out via LinkedIn to do casual conversation. From his description of the culture, it was evident that Armory was a future unicorn. Quickly brought me onsite for a quick face to face interview, followed up with a longer panel type 4-5 hour interview where they evaluate my leadership style, culture fit, and technical expertise. I was also special enough to have to complete a project on deploying Spinnaker and their own product, on an environment that I spun up on AWS.
