I was contacted by a recruiter. I thought the conversation went well and she stated she was meeting with the team the following Tuesday to present me as a candidate. I never heard back from recruiter. I followed up by email. The recruiter did not respond to my email and ghosted me.

I applied on LinkedIn for an Audit Manager position (San Francisco office). The Head of Talent at Armanino Internal Audit set up a phone interview which led to an interview with a Manager of Internal Audit. The Manager of Internal Audit indicated I would be a good fit with the company and indicated the next step would be an interview with the Internal Audit Partner. I followed up two weeks later and a week after that without any response. I also contacted the Armanino Head of Talent and the Partner asking why no one had contacted me without a response. Their lack of response gave me the impression not to waste time with this organization. Very disappointing to see a company act in this manner. Do not waste your time.
