The interview process is very straight forward. It was in two parts. The phone interview and the in person interview. I spoke with one of the HR managers for the phone interview and I think by definition they are easy to talk to. They just want to hear that you are competent and excited about working.
The in person interview was with three people. The first part was with one of the partners. That wasn't too hard. He asked a couple simple questions like "tell me about yourself". I basically monologued at him for 30 minutes. He second part was with one of the managers. I told her mostly the same stories I told the partner. The last part was with a pair of the staff. It was really just to see if he staff would get along with me.

First interview was with the accounting manager, about 30 mins long. Easy questions. Second interview with the controller, supposed to be 20 -30 mins, mine lasted over an hour. The third step is a test, basic accounting questions.

Very casual interview, it was more of a get to know me conversation then it being all about behavioral questions. I interviewed with 3 senior staff members, given a tour of the office, and had lunch with some other candidates and staff members.

Met Andy in a group setting before three one-on-one interviews. They asked behavioral questions. After the interview, they told us they'd be in touch. After two weeks, I emailed with no response. After another week, I called and the HR manager said they were still interviewing and they would call me when they decided. After another two months, I finally got a letter in the mail saying they were going with other candidates. Probably for the best since the people who I know that took their offers said it was a bad office to work for.
