Overall experience was pretty easy. First talked to the recruiter via phone call, then had to fill out an online application. From there, I had back-to-back 30-minute interviews with a manager and director over Zoom. They asked a lot of behavioral questions.

The interview went very well, and the interviewers were extremely nice. I was able to answer all the questions, and the entire process felt just like a natural and friendly conversation. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making the experience enjoyable. I truly appreciate the opportunity and the kindness of everyone involved.

I interviewed with 3 partners in the St. Louis office. I had about 30 minutes with each of them. I loved how open and honest they were about the work they do, tax season, and company morale. It was a great experience!
