The initial interview was over the phone, it was quick and to the point. The second round of interviews was in person; I was interviewed by a partner and a manager. They both explained what the company stands for and its goals as a firm. It was more of a conversation to get to know each other than a job interview.

On-campus interview at university, interviewers were very friendly and easy to talk to. Took 30 minutes total. Conversation felt informal and interviewer made space for me to ask questions about the firm.

On Campus interview, standard interview process. Applied through campus site, met interviewer, conducted a 30 minute one on one interview. Received decision around two weeks later. Received all communication promptly and on time.
