J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Arm (Cambridge, East of England, England)
Entretien
Started with a video interview, with prerecorded questions where you'd have three minutes to record your answers. No do-overs, so slightly stressful. Also contains one or two coding questions, which are straightforward.
Then got invited to a face-to-face interview at Cambridge, where people were very friendly and nice. Questions in that were very typical, based on the resume and some questions meant to be solved on the whiteboard. As usual, more about explaining how you'd approach the problem, what your process is than the results itself.
Thank you for your review and for interviewing at ARM. I am glad to hear that you had a positive candidate experience. ARM does recognise both the benefits and shortcomings of digital and video interviewing, and that it is unfortunately not favoured by or suited to all candidates. Thank you for your constructive feedback, we look forward to working with you to make positive changes to our recruitment process in the future. - Yvette S.

The interviewer told me about the company and about the positions. I was then asked some technical questions relating to my cover letter and CV, before being asked other technical questions. Towards the end I was given a logic puzzle to solve. At the end, I was given the opportunity to ask questions.
