Compared to formal interview process at Bank of America or Wells Fargo, pretty unconventional, with rapid fire, direct, no-nonsense questioning from Managers. so, maybe typical for Car Dealership interview? I actually appreciated the directness, and no one's time was wasted. I enthusiastcally accepted & look forward to starting!
