Very structured and thorough, competency style interview, presentation skills tested. Probably the most challenging but rewarding interview process that stretched me but also tested and built my confidence. My only recommendation would be to give a little more context to candidates as there are so many different cultures and operational challenges within this diverse organisation.

Three steps. 1. 30 min Video interview, to align chemistry and expectations of the role 2. 60 min More in depth about skills and experience 3. 90min - 15 min case presentation, 15 min q&a for case, 30 min feedback on behavior assessment, 30 min follow up questions and clarification
