I had one interview with my Supervisor. It was fairly informal but we discussed the role, why I was interested in working in the department, and some of my past working experience. The main goal of the interview that my Supervisor expressed at the beginning was to determine if I would fit in well in the department as I would work directly with several undergrad students.
