A 30-minute audition as followed by a 30-minute structured interview. There were multiple people who participated in the audition class as well as the interview. Additionally, the position was posted online, this required the completion of paperwork as well as submission of a current resume. The position itself also requires an up to date CPR and AED for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid training certification. This can be obtained before or after the interview process.
