I was given an initial interview with one person remotely. Then the same day I was notified of a a provisional offer, pending the HR process. From HR I received the full job application, some other paperwork, and the background check information. I also went through a couple hours of shadowing. (where you go to the location you will be working and get familiar with / perform some of what your expected job duties will be) It was a great experience, unfortunately my offer was rescinded due to information in my background check.
