Super friendly and streamlined! The hiring managers are awesome at their jobs. I had to take a little test on the computer as well. The results were available right away. And then I spoke with an HR person to finalize the process.

Aritzia leaves the follow up responsibility to the applicant, it's very important to be checking your email constantly since you will be responsible to schedule the interviews.
The first screening is a video conference call. In Aritzia, the style is very important, prepare yourself to look good when you make this call, if possible make sure you have good connectivity, a headset and get to know the company brands, as that might be a question from them.

The interview process was comprised of two twenty minute interviews virtually on zoom. Included job specific knowledge questions and behavioural questions. Also focused on ability and experience adapting to new technologies which is important to this job.
