Applied to the Senior Systems Engineer, A recruiter reached out asking for phone call availability instead of just calling. When I advised that I would not be available that day was sent a perfunctory link to a canditech.io test, and then ghosted. Then a week later sent an automated "we will not move forward" email in the middle of the night. Not professional. There was no where near enough time to fill the questions on the technical assessment. The questions are long form open ended technical questions that I would argue takes more than 5 minutes to answer in addition to the multiple choice questions.
