I applied by a current Arista employee, get contacted by HR the next day to schedule the interview. One day later, the HR suddenly asked for the transcripts and said transcripts are required prior to the interview. I send my transcripts, then I was rejected with no reason!
So, NEVER PROVIDE transcripts BEFORE INTERVIEW!
THEY JUST WANT TO REJECT YOU

Pretty good, not too complicated, was comfortable. Mostly LC questions, and was easy enough that you should be able to do it after doing NC150. good luck for the interview!
Starts with online test, then three rounds of technical interviews follow.
Not a lot of discussion, just go straight to the technical challenges which have to be solved in time

By now I have had only first interview, that was focused on pure DSA. Despite that I would already recommend checking out gdb, cause it came in handy in my case.
