HR recruiter approach me and arrange onsite interview with local manager. Time schedule changes many times and could seem they are kind of not well organized ....office has no reception, wide open space for no cubes....seems an newly opened branch (but they actually had this office for over two years, not sure why the situation there still not changed), not a nice working environment for the first impression.....

Pretty good, not too complicated, was comfortable. Mostly LC questions, and was easy enough that you should be able to do it after doing NC150. good luck for the interview!
Starts with online test, then three rounds of technical interviews follow.
Not a lot of discussion, just go straight to the technical challenges which have to be solved in time

By now I have had only first interview, that was focused on pure DSA. Despite that I would already recommend checking out gdb, cause it came in handy in my case.
