Recruiter reached out to me on linkedin. She was friendly and professional. She mentioned the interviewers were picky. I scheduled my technical screening for 3 weeks later. The screening went well. Asked about my resume and two coding questions in C. The final interviews were 2 back-to-back. The recruiter said they could reject after one, both or give an offer on the spot. The first interview went well. Purely technical depth questions. The interviewer left to talk to and bring in the final interviewer. The final interview was with both interviewers. More technical questions. I had no opportunity to ask any questions myself. Then they said they would deliberate for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes they came back to ask me yet another technical question. At this point the interview is 30 minutes past the scheduled time. They then left to deliberate again. They come back and say I’m not a good fit for the position.
