There is no interview at all! The best kind. You take a basic assessment, maybe a phone test to see how well you speak English and a computer diagnostic check. Then you pay for the background check which was $13 at the time, but now I hear that it is only $7. You pay for your own training, but that is to ensure that you are serious about the position, it is NOT a scam and your success is strictly up to you.

The interview process was with my IBO who essentially wanted to know my commitment level as well as explain what I needed to purchase and/or invest to get started.
