      The hiring process for the 2025 on-campus recruitment was smooth and well-structured. It consisted of multiple rounds designed to test aptitude, comprehension, communication, and logical thinking skills. **Round 1: Aptitude Test** The first round was an online aptitude test containing questions from Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, and English. The difficulty level was easy to medium. Most questions were similar to those available on IndiaBix, so practicing from there would be helpful. Time management was important because the questions needed to be answered quickly. **Round 2: Comprehension / Projector-Based Test** Candidates shortlisted from the aptitude round had to appear for a projector-based comprehension test. This round mainly focused on reading speed, understanding ability, and comprehension skills. The passages and questions tested how well candidates could interpret information under time pressure. **Round 3: VP Round** This was a one-on-one interaction with the VP. The discussion was mainly based on the resume, projects, academics, and overall background. The interviewer was friendly, and the round felt more like a conversation than a technical interview. **Round 4: CEO Round** The final round was with the CEO and included logical puzzles and problem-solving questions. The focus was more on the thought process and logic rather than arriving at the exact answer. Practicing puzzles from GeeksforGeeks (GFG) can be helpful for this round. Overall, the experience was positive. The interviewers were supportive, and the process mainly tested aptitude, communication, comprehension, and logical thinking abilities.

      Argusoft College Placement – Interview Process The Argusoft recruitment process for campus placements is conducted in four stages: 1. Pre-Placement Talk Purpose: Introduction to Argusoft, its work culture, job roles, and recruitment process. Format: Presentation and Q&A session with company representatives. 2. Online Aptitude, Technical, and Communication Skills Test (MCQ & Descriptive) Mode: Online Duration: 60 minutes Sections: Verbal Reasoning Non-Verbal Reasoning Technical Knowledge Communication Skills Question Types: Multiple Choice and Descriptive Cut-off: Minimum 70% required to qualify for the next stage. 3. Problem-Solving & Reading Comprehension Test (Pen & Paper) + VP Interview Format: Offline Reading Comprehension: 5 questions (1 minute each) Problem-Solving / Aptitude: 3 questions (5 minutes each) Evaluation Criteria: Focus on approach and optimal solution, not just correctness. Follow-up: Shortlisted candidates proceed to the Vice President interview, which further assesses analytical thinking and communication. 4. Problem-Solving & Active Listening – CEO Interview Mode: Online (Virtual) Focus: Problem-solving skills, active listening, personality, and cultural fit. Nature: Final interaction with the CEO before selection. Online Test Instructions The test will include Verbal Reasoning, Non-Verbal Reasoning, and Reading Comprehension sections. The total duration is 60 minutes. The test will be conducted online. The decision made by Argusoft regarding selection will be final and binding.
